Refund & Cancellation Policy
DARR Designs provides professional website design, development, management, hosting, digital marketing, and related services that require time, planning, resources, and preparation specifically for each client.
Website Design & Development
Payments made to begin a website design or development project are non-refundable once work has commenced. These payments reserve project time and cover initial planning, consultation, setup, design, development, and other work performed on the client’s behalf.
If a client cancels or postpones a project after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed and any approved expenses incurred through the date of cancellation. If completed work exceeds the amount already paid, the remaining amount will be invoiced according to the applicable agreement.
No refunds will be issued for completed website projects or based solely on dissatisfaction with subjective design or aesthetic preferences when the work has been performed according to the agreed project scope.
Recurring & Ongoing Services
Payments for website management, maintenance, hosting, security, technical services, SEO, subscriptions, licenses, and other recurring or ongoing services are generally non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun or the associated service, license, or resource has been purchased or provided.
Cancellation of a recurring service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for amounts already paid.
Third-Party Products & Expenses
Fees paid for third-party products or services—including domains, hosting, premium plugins, software, licenses, stock assets, applications, or other client-approved expenses—are non-refundable once purchased or committed on the client’s behalf, except where a refund is provided directly by the third-party provider.
Questions or Cancellation Requests
Clients who have questions regarding a payment, refund, or cancellation should contact DARR Designs. Any refund specifically authorized by a written proposal, service agreement, or other agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
